Our Copyright Approach
YOUR STUDIO NAME respects the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, publishers, artists, photographers, broadcasters, and other rights holders.
Scope
This DMCA & Copyright Policy applies generally to our mobile applications, websites, digital products, and related services. The technical action available to us may vary depending on the Service involved.
User-Provided and Third-Party Content
Some Services may allow users to create, select, import, edit, organize, process, display, or otherwise interact with content. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not claim ownership of third-party content that users choose to process through a Service.
Copyright Compliance
You must not knowingly use our Services to reproduce, distribute, facilitate access to, or otherwise exploit copyrighted material without appropriate rights or authorization, or to unlawfully circumvent technological protection measures.
Submitting a Copyright Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe material associated with a Service infringes your rights, you may submit a written copyright notice with enough information for us to understand and investigate the complaint.
Required Information
- Identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list of works.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the application name, URL, feature, screenshot, file name, or other details that help us locate it.
- Your full legal name and reliable contact information.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, under penalty of perjury where applicable.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Recommended subject: DMCA Takedown Notice – [App Name].
Our Review Process
After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may review the complaint, request additional information, investigate the relevant Service, remove or disable material under our control where appropriate, restrict related functionality, notify affected users where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful authorities or rights holders when required.
Content Outside Our Control
Some Services may interact with user-provided files, external URLs, third-party websites, APIs, cloud platforms, or independent servers. If allegedly infringing material is hosted entirely by another party, we may be unable to remove the source material.
Counter-Notification
If material under your control was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where applicable.
Repeat Infringers
Where a Service supports accounts or another reliable method of identifying repeated misuse, we may restrict or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation and Abuse
Copyright complaints should be submitted in good faith. Knowingly making materially false or misleading claims may have legal consequences, including under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Trademarks and Other IP
For complaints involving trademark infringement, counterfeit branding, impersonation, unauthorized use of logos, or other intellectual property concerns, contact us and clearly identify the right involved and the relevant Service.
No Legal Advice
This policy is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this policy as our Services, processes, or legal obligations change.
